Terms and conditions
Last updated: 6 November 2026
These terms govern the use of this website. By browsing it or using its features (for example, the contact form), you accept these conditions.
1.Who we are
This site is the personal website of the writer Yago Arriaga. The owner's details are in the Legal notice and you can write to him at yagochemelal@gmail.com.
2.Use of the site
You can use the website freely to find information and to contact its author. In return, we ask you to use it in good faith and not to:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or other people's data;
- use robots or mass content-extraction techniques, or overload the site;
- send messages with unlawful, offensive, misleading or unsolicited promotional content (spam);
- copy or redistribute the contents beyond what the law allows.
3.Contents and intellectual property
The texts, images, design and other contents are protected by intellectual property rights, as detailed in the Legal notice. You may share links to the pages and quote excerpts for information or review purposes, crediting the source.
4.This website is not a store
Nothing is sold directly here. The buy buttons for the books take you to third-party stores (for example, Amazon.es or Casa del Libro). Purchase, payment, delivery, withdrawal and customer service are governed by each store's terms and privacy policy, and the owner of this website is not a party to that relationship. Prices and availability may change and should be checked in the relevant store.
5.Contact form
The form is for writing to the author (events, interviews, collaborations or comments). By submitting it, you confirm that the data you provide is yours and truthful. We do not guarantee a reply or a specific response time. We recommend not including especially sensitive data or confidential information. The processing of your data is explained in the Privacy policy.
6.Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or withdraw contents or features of the site at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
7.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site, from its unavailability or from the contents and services of linked third-party sites. This does not limit the rights that the law grants to consumers and users.
8.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page, with the date of the latest review shown at the top.
9.Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts that are competent under the applicable rules; if you are a consumer, those of your place of residence.
